Max is a super professional that brings a certain ease into all conversations and mind, especially when it comes to such an important day of your life. She was prompt and clear in her replies and information given, all laid out on the table, nothing that comes as an "oh by the way" later on, which is so important! Being in a different time zone for most of the time prior to our wedding, she was the most flexible person ever, it was handled like we were talking face to face. This flexibility and naturalness about dealing with different circumstance gave us from the start a good feeling that our choice was right. My worries and concerns were always addressed promptly and with professionalism, it always felt that everything is possible. Max is super flexible and even makes people that don't like to be in front of the camera to be at ease during the shoot.
Her way of going about things just lifts up the whole mood and everyone is even more cheery! I LOVED that she was part of our day and she captured this magic moments for us.
