Emotional Surprise Proposal in the Swiss Alps

Before we get into this emotional surprise proposal, I want to tell you how it all started. A few years ago, Léonie and Silvan booked one of my Mini Sessions (back when I still offered them hehe) for their first official couple photo shoot. A few years later, Silvan and his whole family booked me for a Family Photo Session.

And then, a couple of months ago Silvan got in contact with me again, but this time for a very special reason: He wanted to ask his significant other the question of the questions. And not just in any way, during a photo session capturing all of these emotional and intimate moments for them – forever to be cherished and kept in their hearts.

THEIR PHOTO SESSION & PROPOSAL

As life sometimes happens, the weather didn’t really mean it well with us but we stuck to our plan and just went with it. I tell you, these are the best memories ever. Dancing in the rain, getting engaged and just living and loving life to the fullest. Not giving a single f to if the weather is right or not. They totally embraced the experience and it was so magical.

THEIR LOVE

Silvan loves spending cosy evenings at home with his (now) fiancée as well as going on motorcycle trips. He loves everything about Léonie. How humorous, intelligent and incredibly good looking she is. “She’s that woman you meet and never want to let go.”

Léonie met Silvan when she was 14 years old and fell in love with him head over heels. This attraction between them, which arose from the very first meeting, is still there today.

They are a team and complement each other on every level. She describes him as the button that holds her world together. His open, lovable nature and the way he treats his fellow human beings impressed her – even as a teenager.

“If I had to draw my dream man, he would look exactly like him.”

What Silvan is most excited about their future together is to spend time in their house with their children in the garden. Playing, Laughing and just running around while the two of them watch comfortably from the lounge.

Léonie wants their future to be loud, wild and wonderful. They form a family that only belongs to them and thus create a home for them and their children full of love and security.

THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH ME

Silvan describes his experience with me as uncomplicated and natural. One feels right at home and doesn’t feel stupid standing somewhere and being photographed. “The photos are great and can be used for many things, and the individual moments are framed excellently.”

Léonie loves my manner, which makes it so easy to move naturally in front of the camera. She never felt lost or out of place for a second.

“You captured us as we felt and gave us the space to behave as we really are. When I look at the photographs, I can grasp the feelings again. I love the vibrancy in them.”
